‘Personal Productivity in the Digital Workplace’

Your primary business asset is your people. Productivity fundamentally hinges on quantity and quality of their
work. But in today’s knowledge economy, people are overwhelmed and often derailed by the daily onslaught of emails, social media, industry news, internal company information, and technology changes, and so on. It comes at us from all directions and requires sophisticated processing and thinking skills to stay on top of priorities and focus on high value work.

We will look at the future of the Digital Workplace and how we can equip today’s knowledge workers with the skills and tools to support effective information processing.

This workshop will share how:

Other organizations are gaining a competitive advantage with effective email skills
Simple habit changes can yield significant productivity gains in your office
Knowledge is power, and how you can wield it more effectively.
